Hello everyone and welcome!
I'm a freelance chef with experience working in small, but fast paced restaurants in Paris. The love for cooking, learning and developing recipes, believing that love does go through the stomach, drove me to always come back to this. I am currently working on my own recipe book. It first started as a hobby and now became a dream waiting to come true.
During my time in a Romanian/Balkan, I had the priviledge and opportunity to work on their recipe book, going through all the processes: testing, developing, cooking, writting and going back to my origins. I contributed with 10 recipes out of 100 and managed to transform old traditional recipes into a journal of high end dishes.
My expertise is not limited to eastern european cuisine. The last restaurant I worked in gave me the chance to explore desserts and asian cuisine. With the priviledge of being freely creative, I discovered flavours and techniques that filled the gaps and launched me further into social media content and sharing the recipes with the world.
