• 1M Seed fund raising and preparations for 3M – Pre-A round
• Handled the day-to-day running of the organization and the overall
supervisory responsibility for the entire company’s operations
• Creation and realisation of company's business and operational strategies,
including strategic partnerships
• Oversaw the execution of the actions and initiatives required to turn
organisation’s vision into reality – development of the internal processes and company services and solutions to deliver growth and ensure market penetration
• Development and maintaining of business relation with core clients and business partners
• Supervision of the business developments activities
• Analysis of financial records and results, and supervision of budget targets
and their achievement,
• Supervision of quality check procedures, product improvements, and
development of efficient production processes and methods at work
• Organisation and when necessary, hiring and performance evaluation of
key senior roles
• Development of staff skills and competences
• Creation and maintaining of safe and environmentally friendly working space for all personnel
