Manage, resolve and lead Workday tickets, projects and roadmap for key stakeholders across all modules of Workday for both Finance and HR.

I have configured / created the following: -

• Business Processes and notifications, particularly for spend modules such as Purchase Orders and Expenses.
• Security, fully analysed security matrix and streamlined security making it less complex and easier to manage for finance.
• Reports, built advanced composite and matrix reports. Also built worksheets for key finance reporting specifically for journals.
• Bank statements, resolve bank reconciliation issues and configured First Item Notice rules.
• Accounting, mapped new accounting rules and configured custom validations for key spend modules and accounting.
• EIB’s, create new EIB’s and set up an EIB to send out reports to specific e-mails.
• Create / amend revaluation rules.
• Goals process for the organisation.
• Hire and onboarding business process.
• Configure office connect and introduce to the business as part of their BAU.

Currently leading the following integration projects: -

• Salesforce Integration; and
• Process for Player Prize Fund using Extend.

Manage and resolve finance tickets using Monday.com, I have worked on the following key issues: -

• Create a matrix report for procurement dashboard;
• Set up supplier security segment;
• Create a questionnaire for ‘Customer Invoice Request’ and configured the BP so it is sent to the relevant team, who can process completion;
• Amend customer invoice templates to ensure the right bank accounts, e-mail addresses and logos appear after running print runs;
• Set up schedules for receiving and sending out files such as bank statements; and
• Resolve M/E issues particularly open and closing ledgers.

I have also managed HR projects such as launching Recruit.
