I was an in-altering employee for a year at Polar Quest. I was taking care of their brand Inlandsis: The No 1 French brand offering a full range of specialized equipment for sleddog sports. My missions were large; I cared for customer advice, after-sales service, billing, and database in French and English. Also, I took care of the supplier's side, like receiving the product, compatibility, and inventory. Some of my mission were marketing focus as organizing Inlandsis, sponsoring athletes and events like the Woof run( Cni-cross Race in France) or photoshoots of the new product and uploading on the Inlandsis's website.

I was taking care of the business development of this new Air Liquide Branch. I was responsible for part of the energy logistic, Sales and negotiation, Internal communication, and administration.

- Welcome, inform, and advise Customer

- Define the actions to be implemented and elaborate the appropriate communication media and Tools

- Energy manager of the bio biomethane stations and production sites

- Integrated into a commercial team and quickly adapted to the company's software

- Logistic management of transport from the port to the stations

- Energy manager (check the invoice and analyze the evolution of the consumption )

- Communication (internal digital: network and plan an opening.

- Face-to-face communication during the Customer day)

- Administration (invoice, send the contract, plan meeting)

- Statistics analysis on google sheet

- Analyse the evolution of the biomethane market
