• Lead the onboarding of Insight EMEA's largest managed customer at the time. 32 Services were to go live within 8 weeks.
• Design and implementation of Azure PIM for least privileged access for multiple teams across the business. Custom PowerShell scripts were created to standardise and automate the deployment.
• ARM template creation for the deployment of all Azure infrastructure following CAF best practices, using landing zone design principles.
• Deployed Azure Automation PowerShell Runbooks and Azure Logic Apps for management tasks.
• Lead a successful 13k user tenant-to-tenant migration for a global engineering company.
• Migrated workstreams included but were not limited to Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Stream using BitTitan and Sharegate to perform the migration of data.
