Caitlin in a few words
Leading and carrying out UX Research projects large and small. As former Head of User Research at one of Sweden's most industry-defining startups I've built years of strategies and tactics for giving teams the proof they need to guide products confidently. I'm a hands-on researcher, but also serve as interim Manager while companies work to fill permanent roles.
I'm experienced in managing research teams and mentoring designers in research practices. I typically plan and carry out studies that combine qualitative and quantitative for the best, most reliable insights.
