I am a great people person: although I am quiet I enjoy observing and learning about people and what makes them tick, and taking that information and using it to guide them on their career or help them improve their mental health. I have over 20 years of project management experience having managed everything from oversees book tours, to live events to the development of training courses online. I am now looking for new projects to supplement my current civil service role.

I have also worked as a mental health advocate for the last five years supporting my employers diversity and inclusion targets, and creating real institutional change. I prioritize my learning and support others’ learning by providing speakers, training, and group sessions to promote diversity and inclusion, and self-development. I draft learning strategies that seek to identify areas where individuals and teams need to develop personal and professional knowledge.
