Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (EMEA). Managed a team of talent acquisition advisors to source and provide talent for Global Functions. This business area encompassed Compliance, Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, HR/TA, AML, GPA and Citi Ventures + smaller regulatory functions. Lead TA partner and contact for the EMEA Global Functions Senior Leadership team (ExCo level). Worked to develop strong stakeholder relationships, support hiring needs, and successfully managed through escalated challenges. Worked closely with both Global and EMEA senior business executives (ExCo level) to understand regulatory hiring needs, pacing requirements and locations, agreeing and setting the EMEA hiring strategy and action plan. Partnered with Global Functions peers globally to implement and execute on a large scale regulatory hiring project across Europe. Worked closely with TA partners on the ground in European hubs to ensure pacing and quality of hiring was met and resourcing needs were fully supported through set piece campaigns to build the talent pipeline. Grew the Global Functions TA team, and made key strategic hires in London, Dublin and Belfast to meet demand. Worked closely and collaboratively with a large network of HRBP's and senior HR stakeholders to meet hiring demands, achieve diversity enrichment, and contribute subject matter expertise to HR led projects. Sourced talent for senior leadership positions across Global Functions EMEA (Managing Director/Director level) and worked closely with my own direct reports to ensure pacing and quality of hiring was met across our UK and European locations.

Joined Dartmouth Partners to establish and develop the Distribution recruitment desk, specialising in the search and recruitment of client facing professionals in Asset Management across public and private markets. Built a new desk from the ground up and pivoted into hiring for Alternative Asset Managers. Set the business development strategy and executed on this. Partnered with Wealth Management desk to combine business development efforts, transfer over existing client relationships and expand new client base. Successfully partnered with organisations to source and place mid-senior (AVP to Director) level investment and sales/relationship professionals across the U.K and in pan-European countries including Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands and Belgium.
