- Defining and constructing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

- Guiding the strategic direction of the product through effective product management techniques

Prior to this role, I served as a product manager for an early-stage AI startup, where I played a key role in driving product development. Additionally, I spearheaded business development efforts for a scale-up, overseeing project management in areas such as marketing, operations, market-entry, and product launches.
