- Implementation of a new factoring solution: co-construct a scalable and robust financing workflow with Lead Developer for Germany, France, and Spain.
- Leading the product transition of Malt from a marketplace to a Freelancer Management System
Acquisition Squad PM - Q1 to Q4 2021
- Led product vision for our two sourcing products (Malt Search and Malt Plus) through user research in the goal to unify and enhance client experience for sourcing candidates to their projects (Top Nav Revamp, Search Engine Filters Revamp, Malt Plus Brief Revamp to a 1 pager)
- Increased volume 120x times for Malt Plus projects, by creating a new automatized product workflow to open service to SMBs and improving the conversion of the funnel / traffic drivers
