I thrive in the complex product ecosystem and connecting the dots across business, strategy, UX/CX and technology.
My superpower is to spot unusual patterns and come up with outside-of-the-box solutions where we can create real change for people. I have a paradox mindset, which helps me to connect the dots holistically. I think big picture, but can dive straight into the details. I’m analytical and love user research, yet I can seamlessly bounce to the other side of the brain to design prototypes. I can be the leader my team needs to motivate them, yet I can fit right into a team at any level to roll-up my sleeves and get things done.
I have spearheaded product strategy and development for companies including Disney, Roche, Fisher-Price, Boehringer Ingelheim, Align Technology, iRobot, Sony Networks among others. As an entrepreneur, I founded and led a design and innovation agency in Los Angeles with an impressive 15 year run and was responsible for a technology buy-out of a digital Hollywood movie standard I co-invented (which Apple, Microsoft and Google adopted into their movie platforms).
My main objective is to help people and society through useful and well designed products (with a solid and actionable strategy!), while also having the opportunity to solve problems and grow as a person.
