Following acquisition of Precor in 2021 moved into strategic leadership role to spearhead commercial business unit (Peloton Commercial), with a primary focus on B2B2C. Reported to EMEA Sales Director and managed a team of 6 FTE, with a £5.2m budget. Led UK integration of Precor into Peloton Interactive, whilst supporting leadership with forging new processes for sales operations, order fulfilment, customer support, and field operations. Directed marketing to deliver B2B success and activate B2C strategies, that helped increase lead generation.
 Grew market presence in first year by 304%, sold over 700 products into 360 new facilities; provided structure and strategic direction, whilst setting OKRs for the team. By contrast only 76 products had been sold throughout the previous 2 years.
 Spearheaded B2B2C commercial strategy, identified preferred market segments, developed pricing & monetisation model that maximised B2B exposure. This resulted in an uplift of 10’500 new leads into the consumer business.
 Increased commercial business unit’s inbound leads by 66%; developed new commercial sales avenues via telesales/retail store expertise.
 Increased distribution channels from 1 to 4; introduced approved sales partners assigned territories, segments, and revenue targets, that included utilisation of 2 internal sales teams and 2 new external business partners,
 Up-skilled existing sales teams to improve competence selling into pre-identified commercial segments.
 Introduced additional commercial opportunities that delivered an average incremental spend of 15% per order.
 Developed beta product and launched into marketplace; led team through product iterations that reduced user frictions and improved efficiency.
