I have worked at the intersection of foresight, strategy and institutional design for the last 26 years. I have created and led multicultural teams in South Africa, Iraq, and the UK, and have grown geographically distributed teams since 2006.
I am an exceptional team builder, a good communicator and trainer/facilitator. My facilitation experiences relates both to process facilitation (transformation, diversity and inclusion, organisational repositioning) and training.
