Scrum Master

London, England, United Kingdom

August 2022 - Today (4 months)

Within the wider Digital Care team, I work as a Scrum Master for two squads utilizing both the Scrum and Kanban Framework.

I have been impactful in driving increased velocity resulting in consistently exceeding OPEX saving targets. I have enabled my team to engage with Stakeholders/End Users through Backlog Refinement resulting in clearer Acceptance Criteria & User Story writing. This in turn has reduced cycle time for items within the Sprint. In addition to this, following challenges surfaced during a Sprint Retrospective, I have facilitated workshops focusing on establishing Definition of Ready & Done- enabling the team to release usable Increments at the end of each Sprint as well as manage interdependencies.

I have facilitated Product Increment (PI) Planning – aligning with squads within the Agile Release Train to coordinate interdependencies.
