Giacomo in a few words
Here's my ground approach to Product Management:
"The Product Manager is the professional who identifies problems and focuses on the ones that are worth solving".
This means being able to do several things:
1. Identifying opportunities through research, talking to customers and internal stakeholders, benchmarking competitors, analyzing data.
2. Being able to estimate the impact and the complexity of solving a problem and prioritize the opportunity accordingly.
In order to do so, you want to reduce the risk of uncertainty by running test and experiments (A/b Test, Multivariate, Fake Doors, Surveys, Toggle Features) and keeping an incremental approach (MVP)
3. Being a servant leader in order to drive a coordinate a team of experts, on which you have no direct authority, towards the same common objectives.
4. Managing the expectations of your stakeholders

Senior Product Manager
The metrics I aimed to move were:% Organic Traffic, Ranking on Result Page, Time on site, bounce rate and revenue generated.
I worked with a cross-functional team consisting of 4 developers (2BE, 2 FE), a Tech lead, 1 UX / UI Design, 1 Product Analyst and a QA Manager. The last two resources were shared with other teams.
One of the main initiatives I worked on consisted in going from this: https: //www.mydealz.de/gruppe/iphone-7 to this https://www.mydealz.de/gruppe/iphone-12, for a overall uplift of "incoming organic traffic" of 3pp and a reduction of the bounce rate up to 12pp
