I met Greg back in London when he was working in Spacelab, from the first conversation we had I understood he had a deep expertise in data science with outstanding spacial analytical capabilities - specially using innovative methods as Space Syntax. I knew that Greg's knowledge and expertise was a strategic asset for our proptech/fintech startup and we decided to start working with him as an expert consultant around 3 months ago focusing on data enrichment strategies to strengthen our ML/AI models to predict real state pricing in LatAm,

He has shown astounding skills to convey complex ideas to different stakeholders always providing data driven recommendations. I met Greg whilst guest-lecturing on the masters course that he was studying at The Bartlett School of Architecture, London. I was immediately impressed by his both analytical and creative mindset, and his drive to develop solutions for complex urban and spatial problems.

I was later able to bring him into my team at Spacelab, a research and strategy-driven architecture and design studio. Greg’s unique ability to understand both the needs of end users (of a space, or a system / product) from a very human perspective and the technical art of the possible in terms of developing solutions and products, made him an indispensable member of the team – helping us drive innovative consultancy and prop-tech methodologies, and products.

Greg’s dedication to continually searching out new and better ways of doing things is second-to-none. His ongoing enthusiasm and inquiring mind has led him through various additional training courses and qualifications – the learnings from which he synthesises into ever-new ways of tackling problems, adding value from the new perspectives he develops.

Gregorio is the most innovative Spatial Analyst that I know. His analyses are impeccable and deep. On top of his deep analyses and recommendations, he has also built several dashboards for me that became important tools for communication and behavior change inside some of the organizations I have worked with in the past. He is also curious and open to new ideas, making the collaboration a real pleasure. If I were to hire one person -and only one- to start a business with, that person would be Gregorio.
