Henri in a few words

I started working at Danone, before taking a step toward Circular Economy by working at Loop, since the first days of the project in Europe. During the years, I've been leading a good number of cross-functional projects, also managing the operational execution - Launching new Brands on the UK and Ireland Market , setting up the ecommerce pilote in France and then the UK for Looop before launching the products in Parisian stores with Carrefour.
I enjoy especially working on retro-timing and risk analysis with the cross functional team, while setting up and adapting a dynamic business model. I believe these three elements to be the key to excellence in execution.
I've also worked in the fields of sales forecasting and analysis, production planning and industrial capacity management, fields in which I would be happy to bring my expertise, either developping efficient and easy tool in excel or using the existing ERP.
I also happen to be very passionate about theatre and cinema, I work with a few crews in London, doing theatre, improvisation theatre and short movies, which definitely feeds my communication and creativity, skills surprisingly useful when working in operations and supply chain.
