- Landed 14 projects on time and in line with retailers / marketing briefs

- Launched 3 Subranges within 9 months:
o Oykos Special editions (generating £2.5 m net sales).
o Disney Yoghurts Pouches (£1.5 m net sales).
o Renovation of Actimel Double 0 (generating £17 m net sales).
- Challenged current processes to guarantee launch dates: graphic chain reduced from 16 weeks to 6 weeks
