- Translate and proof-read user manuals, websites, news articles, and brochures from French into English and Arabic into English while consulting with technical staff within the Company for final checking
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- Monitor and update websites in accordance with website manager’s instructions and in conjunction with Marketing, Communications, and Sales
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales with regards to evaluating current marketing content and developing innovative methods for improvement
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
