SITUATION The National Police is replacing the main registration systems assisting the police officer in his/her daily tasks. PVR is an extensive strategic programme, aiming to provide data for effective policing. The 'Project Ombouw en Run & Change', as part of PVR, aims to, on the one hand, transplanting functionality from the old platform to the new, and on the other to keep the old platform up and running. National Police uses a flexible data model, the so called Resource Description Framework (RDF) , combined with bespoke development frameworks (OMT/ ODT) in order to build the platform. TASK
•Contributing to the development of the department's annual plan and translates the annual plan into concrete objectives for its own area of interest.
•Keeping the department head and contract owner abreast of developments regarding the department's annual plan.
•Identifying and analyzing (IT) developments that affect the work of the team as well as processes/procedures and working methods.

In the final stage of the programme, clear management guidelines have been implemented (managing on vision, impact and transparency). The result was higher customer satisfaction and higher change impact (both within and outside DNB). TASK
•Coaching business managers (INCLUDING C-LEVEL) to plan on Division level and 'business outcome'.
