    Worked on planning and Implementation of migration from BMC Remedy Customized Request handling application to ServiceNow ITSM. Implemented and configured ServiceNow Application making sure the process of handling Request remains almost same. Developed Custom Complaint Register application (CTRACS) in ServiceNow which is a secured application. Also, I was a part of training team to train users about the new functionalities in ServiceNow prior the migration.

    Worked on implementation of ServiceNow HRSD application for HR department within the organization.
