Katerina is a professional that pays attention to details, understands human behavior and human dynamics, and designs services and experiences around the user. She is a friendly person, with strong ethics. She is a team player with an innovative approach, thinking out of the box.
Katerina worked in our nearesque app, a mobile app and website in Greece for hyper-local news, events, offers and communities. She was requested to study how the users interact with the application, identify their personas, their pains and needs. She re-designed the user flows and made proposals on how the whole service to the users and businesses could be improved.
Her work is very much appreciated. She helped us to better understand our users and how to improve our value proposition.
