Laura in a few words

I am a culture and organizational consultant and coach whose mission is to lead responsible businesses from the inside out. I am also passing my certifications as a Strengths-based coach from Gallup and the host of a podcast called WonderWorkers.
My consulting business focuses on designing and developing strategic, agile and co-creative blueprints enhancing the human potential of responsible organizations, convinced that this is the best way to improve companies' longevity. We also offer facilitation and public speaking services on the topics of mental health and resilience, representation, inclusion, and belonging.

Experience

The Culture Cabinet

Founder & CEO

London, UK

February 2022 - Today (1 year)

A workplace and social innovation agency serving the fashion industry. At The Culture Cabinet, we are passionate about this creative, prestigious, multifaceted industry that is vital to our economic, personal well-being, and social engagement. Many people fail to appreciate just how important and wide-reaching it really is:
- Globally, the industry is valued at $3 trillion.
- It employs over 57 million workers in developing countries, 80 percent of whom are women.
- It helps the outcasts of this world, people who don't fit in one box, to express their individuality. Fashion matters. But fashion also has its dark side. Toxic workplaces, low salaries and no recognition, lack of representation, exploitation of garment workers, and environmental damage remain issues that the industry must do more to address and resolve. And we believe that this magical and powerful industry has the potential to initiate significant positive change. Fashion always starts with one idea spreading the 'cool' factor… At The Culture Cabinet, fashion brands that undertake their journey to become kind, respectful and empathetic organizations are the new cool. We support you on this journey by:
- Bringing human-centered workplace and social innovation to the forefront of your organization
- Coaching your fashion people to own their strengths and empower them to foster a purposeful, kind, and sustainable workplace
- Raising awareness of fashion social challenges and engaging your people in the sustainable development goals. For more information about our services, please contact [email protected], or visit my website: www.theculturecabinet.com (under maintenance)
