I am a dedicated professional with 12 years’ experience working for an MSP, a global organisation, a smaller Community Interest Company and within the medical sector in a variety of HR roles. These roles have been in both a strategic and operational capacity.

Throughout my career I have developed strong analytical skills and have used these to support my employers with data analysis, report production and improvement advice. I am well versed in HR policy and have worked on various projects to both improve and streamline the implementation process, collaborating with colleagues and peers in order to deliver the best possible outcomes.
I have been a remote worker for large parts of my career, supporting teams both in the UK and across the globe. For the latter part of my career I have worked exclusively from home and am extremely comfortable in this environment. I am professional and diligent in my approach to work and understand the importance of being supportive and visible even when not co-located with my team. I value diversity within a team and know the benefits of building teams with people from different backgrounds and it’s of personal importance to me that I treat everyone equally.
I pride myself on my attention to detail, my organisational skills and my ability to communicate a message effectively, irrespective of method.
