I was responsible for assisting in managing the face-to face fundraising campaigns for two well known, national charities.
o Day-to-day client communication to ensure successful campaign management
o Liaising daily with field staff to ensure queries are dealt with in the clients' best interest
o Providing progress reports, and developing fundraising campaigns according to clients' requirements
o Reporting on daily and weekly 'sales' figures internally and to the client
