I also frequently did campaign analysis for large clients such as Tinder. Second rotation: Planner/ Buyer in the Career department, here I have learned how to plan and book media for recruitment advertising, working on large clients such as Shell, Boots and TJX. I have also learned how to use booking platforms Media Explorer and Prisma a long with creating tags for advertisements. Third Rotation: In the Creative department of Mediacom focused on social media and influencer marketing. Experience in brand management for Dell and Bayer, on all social platforms using Sprinklr and writing copy for brands social posts.

She has taken ownership of organic social content, creating new campaigns and ideas that have captured the values of our brand whilst still embracing trends and opportunities across various channels. This has included adapting the content approach in relation to the demographics of our member base, showing an understanding of what is of value to our members. Her campaigns have driven engagement and allowed us to invest spend in these channels. She has become a key part of our small team, independently achieving her objectives whilst also collaborating with others.
Lydia's worked hard to establish good relationships with member ambassadors, giving Love Home Swap an advantage when it comes to providing PR stories as well as being able to respond quickly to journalist requests.
