My name is Marta Ciliberti and I'm Junior Marketing Manager in a German start-up.

Currently, I'm working on the expansion of the Italian market, I manage by myself all main channels, in particular: Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Ads.

Concerning Influencer Marketing, my experience enables me to select different profiles according to different criteria and to implement the best strategy according to the specific company industry.

For Social Media, I'm specialized in Instagram, but I can take care of all social media platforms; I am also able to create content and use professional platforms like Photoshop.
We started our Instagram page with 0 followers, now after 11 months, we're almost at 10k!

With regard to Email Marketing, I create marketing campaigns (for branding or sales) and automated flows for, for example, new newsletter subscribers.

Moreover, I create campaigns for ads on Facebook and Instagram based on the final goal.

I also work on website optimizations with Shopify and WordPress.

In general, I define with the management branding and sales campaigns, and all the actions that should be implemented to grow the market.
I analyze all data for every channel, for example, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS; I'm also in charge of the budget allocation between all channels and to find the reasons why we gained certain specific results.
