His experience includes projects such as the development of state-of-the-art NLP models for international clients such as Siemens and Unilever. I am pleased to issue a positive reference for Meghdad Farahmand, who worked with me on a project for the Howard Schultz Family Foundation. Meghdad demonstrated exceptional skills in developing advanced strategies for applying large language models (transformers) to help entrepreneurs find answers to their daily business questions. In particular, Meghdad's expertise in specializing generalized models to understand the nuances of African American English (AAE) was critical to the success of our project. He was able to refine the model to handle complex business information gathered from user forums and in-person interviews. Portions of the work were used for an ML-driven business chatbot that enables personalized learning. In addition, Meghdad helped model the personalities of individuals and enabled the abstract use of such models in a broader business context. Meghdad's intelligence and drive were evident throughout the project. He consistently demonstrated a keen interest for innovation and a passion for finding solutions that would benefit our clients. Overall, I highly recommend Meghdad for any project that requires a combination of technical expertise and innovative thinking.
