As an experienced professional, I bring over 20+ years’ experience as a business analyst and IT security professional, working across a variety of industries such as finance, tech, and government.

I have extensive knowledge and experience of global regulatory standards and compliance obligations including GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), ISO 27001, CCPA, PCI DSS, SOC 1 and 2 and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR). My primary practice areas include IT Security Management, implementation of security requirements, design specifications and compliance controls, cloud security, internal and external audit, security issues related to software pilots/implementations, system upgrades and enhancements, and creation of processes/procedures documentation to ensure continued compliance.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked as both an individual contributor and managed projects of up to 50+ people. I endeavour to foster collaborative environments across domains that yield high-quality, on-time results. I’m a skilled listener and communicator, who enjoys mentoring, managing, and developing teams.
