I build and operate the bridge between customers, project managers and technical teams.

My main goal is to find a sustainable and scalable solution between a customer and a contractor- the company - that can satisfy both sides from a product and strategy perspective. While doing this, I take the following main steps; Efficient communication / Techniques between participants / Analyze and support requirements to cover gaps, reduce risks, and increase productivity / Presenting a satisfactory and organized development plan / Altering technical approaches and development methods if necessary / Track and review deliverables.
