Naomi is Co-founder and Director of the Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA), a non-profit professional body for people who want to apply neuroscience in industry, healthcare. education and wider society. Launched in March 2022, ANA already has members from every continent and strong support from respected academics, industry experts and global thought-leaders. We partnered with the Neuro Innovation Summit in Lisbon in Oct and are delighted to be partnering with Conduct Change for the United Against Workplace Bullying Conference in Nov 2022.
Naomi is also Director of Neuro-Informed Ltd, a specialist training and consultancy firm providing evidence-based business improvements for people, processes and performance. Naomi specialises in working with leaders, organisations and individuals using neuroscience for better decisions, sharper thinking, emotional flexibility, healthy behaviours and lifelong wellbeing.
She has a Master's degree in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College, London and a career in Learning and Development spanning 20 years. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health. Naomi has been developing people for over 18 years, has deep expertise and personal experience of neurodiversity and is a former Deputy Head of Association for Coaching, Scotland.
She is passionate about developing practical, ethical neuroscience applications for the real world.
