Thank you for checking out my profile, here is a quick overview of my skills and strengths. I am well organized, efficient, and self motivated. The key to my success has been to learn quickly and to then reach for a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional responsibilities.
I have worked in the commercial sales, business development/strategic development industry for over 7 years as a Manager for companies such as ALP Nishikawa (an Indian Japanese tier one to prominent OEMs), ACC Limited, as a GTM consultant for a french consulting firm, and recently in International Corporate & Diplomatic Sales at Mercedes-Benz AG.
Some of projects include: -
1. "Digitalization@DirectSales" - steered the internationalization strategy of diplomatic sales for a prominent OEM based in Germany. Successfully launched a new website after a collaboration with senior management. Integrated Salesforce to optimze the corporate sales business to B2B and B2Cs.
2. Advising European start ups in their Go to Market/internationalization
strategy. Led and developed strategies for medical device technology companies.
Project topics were customer segmentation, new market entry, new
product launch, product pricing, market sizing…
3. Multiple projects were successfully delivered with wide geographical scope
spanning USA, India, Japan, EU5, & China.
4. Helped 7+ firms regarding their GTM strategy and business expansion to the USA, the EU, and APAC. Firms were in prominent sectors such as: - healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, automotive, mobility, smart home, and consumer goods, etc.
