To date my career has been centered around the development and delivery of brand training and driving continuous improvement through the collection and analysis of data. My 10 years of experience in the rapidly evolving luxury retail segment and a complex wholesale business, has developed my ability to simplify processes, identify ongoing training and development needs and ensure the implementation of best practices.

My current role in HR as deepened my understanding of People Practice and has given me the opportunity to utilise my CIPD Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.
