To date my career has been centered around the development and delivery of brand training and driving continuous improvement through the collection and analysis of data. My 10 years of experience in the rapidly evolving luxury retail segment and a complex wholesale business, has developed my ability to simplify processes, identify ongoing training and development needs and ensure the implementation of best practices.
My current role in HR as deepened my understanding of People Practice and has given me the opportunity to utilise my CIPD Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development. I continue to conduct training needs analysis and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure a streamline and positive hiring process and deliver a pragmatic learning curriculum for new starters and existing employees.
Previously my career was centered around global brand training in luxury retail, in which I developed and delivered training on products, CRM platforms and data analysis, as well as continuous coaching on conversion, customer experience, customer loyalty, retention and clienteling.
I am truly passionate about making learners feel empowered, engaged and valued. I believe through leveraging my existing skillset and breadth of experience, I can build a positive environment for continuous learning and development.
