Built a new graph-based metamodel editor developed collaboratively through pair and mob programming with focus on user experience, accessibility and maintainable code.

Led implementation of automated E2E testing with Playwright, including accessibility checks. Refined and extended the design system to promote consistency and ease of use.

Part of core frontend team preparing transition of existing legacy frontend codebase to a React-based micro-frontend architecture. Other key areas of responsibility included implementing a new design system, boosting QA efficiency using test automation tools, implementing new analytics pipeline and decreasing code complexity and improving readability by simplifying existing practices.

Web and Smart TV platform lead for a team of 6 senior developers responsible for one of Norway's busiest streaming sites averaging around 3 million monthly users .

Implemented a dynamic, content-driven design system that scales from the smallest phone to the largest 8k television. Following this I continued on to lead the in-house development of NRK's new Smart TV application utilizing NodeJS and Web Components to meet the challenges of a highly performance-sensitive platform. I also led NRK's frontend forum organizing monthly talks on technology, design and accessibility.
