Sophie in a few words
I work with clients to develop, plan, and communicate their approach to ESG. I help reduce risk, and support understanding and implementation across the business.
My work includes:
∙ The development of bespoke ESG frameworks. With this I also bring the understanding that much of what is needed will already be being done but needs to framed in the ESG context.
∙ Developing ESG strategies that are fit for purpose, aligned with the key global frameworks, and can be clearly communicated externally. Here I look to how and where clients can maximise their impact and for this to be evidenced.
∙ Advising on ESG material considerations, including those that pose risks and opportunities either now or going forward.
∙ Helping position clients in relation to their specific market.
∙ Deliver an independent review of current ESG Framework and strategy, with recommendations.
∙ Providing education and training to further develop a client’s understanding of ESG – either as a one-off bespoke session or through ongoing engagement.
I also bring with me a network of Associates who can ‘plug in’ the gaps where required.
In addition, I set up and run the ESG in real estate group on Linked in, now with over 6,000 members.
