A business moving from start-up to scale-up territory as CTO this is a very hands-on role building the foundations of the You've Got This! platform and helping to ensure the product is built in a future-proof and forward-thinking manner. This role involves working on a Microsoft software stack with a cloud-first mindset to ensure agility and scale can be achieved later.

Fractional CTO helping to advise smaller businesses on everything IT while also helping larger businesses to apply best practise and get the most from their development resources / teams, in-house and outsourced. Helping to advise on systems architecture, with a good understanding of security, housekeeping best-practice, opportunities and use of the cloud and lastly, generally what is possible with IT even if it is on the forefront of innovation. Working with clients who generally use the Microsoft technology stack along with Azure however also working with some clients utilising GCP and AWS. Lastly to help by being a conduit between IT tech employees and management to help the business align their goals with the tech team and vice-versa.

Responsible for part running the day to day of a £12m SME business, while acting as a dedicated forward-thinking CTO. Responsible for internal and external innovation for the niche and premium ground transportation sector focused in particular on financial roadshows. Hands-on and directly running a team responsible for all the infrastructure and systems alongside. Very hands-on and involved in our market-leading in-house systems developed for this niche industry. Holding a board seat and responsible for IT budgets and long-term plans alongside cross-functional business plans.
