Stuart Hardy comes from an early background in Outdoor Adventure and Creative Arts, via outdoor experiential learning in the 90's and a period working on Hollywood films . He has always been a Value Creation Evangelist with 35 years of global experience - formally Director of Executive of Education at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. Currently focused on transformation projects in Creative Agencies worldwide - assisting in the move to a more business-focused approach to drive new sources of value for clients.

Extensive change and transformation experience in over 100 Fortune 500 companies worldwide from one to one coaching to change project involving 60,000 people. He is a Keynote Speaker, Author of books and business magazine articles on Creative Leadership topics in the US, Europe and Latin America. His activities have been covered by the BBC, German and Spanish Television.

His approach is holistic, covering a huge range of approaches, from curated learning experiences, event design and experiential learning - to facilitated strategic workshops, training and coaching. My methodologies for change and transformation have been certified by Cranfield University.
