There is a need in the world for a different style of being in work and beyond, one that is based on our unique human capacity, our ability to relate and resonate with others and our creative potential.
As a certified trainer and change facilitator, I bring balance by combining old management methods with new ones.
Especially now, in time of change, at the home office, I'm happy to share with you years of my experience in relational work and process managment with different methods - Scrum, Gestalt, Mindfulness and Open Floor International (holistic embodiment approach for raising the awareness in our communication and relating with each other)
I liberate individuals, teams, and organizations from outdated modes of working. Bringing in fresh energy and creativity. I lead workshops and give private sessions (both online and in person) for team building, communication, resilience, decision making, clarity and purpose.
