We were an early adopter of Holacracy and structurally implemented purpose. I have experienced the glory as well as the flip side of self-management and the New Work movement.

I have 9 years of experiences in marketing, communication and brand building in 4 different countries and several industries such as oil and gas, IT, textile and advertising.
