“An orchestrator in heart and mind” Is what has frequently been said about me. My people and project management skills and the ability to move groups and teams into an alternate state of affairs, describe my attitude towards digital transformation and change. Through my broad experience within the field of IT, application management, application development and IT migrations, I have proven to be an excellent stakeholder manager that adds value to any complex arena. As a hands-on manager, I obtain an open attitude towards others. I listen and show empathy towards resistance, know how to cope with impediments, how to address them and eventually bring change. I find it essential to have a respectful attitude towards others, allowing firm discussions leading to a better understanding. Being used to work in complex IT environments, I am used to work ‘scrum’ and DevOps, in a lean/ agile setting, promoting an engineering culture.
