Vinay Navria

I highly recommend Vinay Navria for a position that utilizes his Salesforce skills. Mr. Navria has been working with the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Salesforce Administrator since 2018. In this role, he has been a member of a small IT team responsible for a Salesforce org that encompasses eight regional offices (located in the USA, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, South Asia, and Southeast Asia).

During his time with J-PAL, Mr. Navria was able to showcase his knowledge of Salesforce through the projects he worked on, the maintenance required for our org, and his responses to everyday Salesforce issues brought to light by our staff worldwide. He worked on several projects including working with regional offices on bulk data importing and cleaning, implementing workflows and automations, and creating documentation and trainings for our staff. In terms of maintaining the Salesforce org, he worked on duplications, fixing dynamic URLs, managing the Salesforce security model, creating reports, updating tags, overall org improvement and modifying fields as needed.

Even with the challenge of being in a different time zone from the rest of the team and many of the end users, Mr. Navria worked well with everyone at J-PAL. Regarding collaboration with team members, he was very responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and great about following up to ask for clarification when needed. The staff really appreciated his thoroughness and detail in explaining what happened and how he would address the issue.

I have been impressed by Mr. Navria’s motivation to continue to learn so that he can meet new challenges head on.
