Vlad is really knowledgeable and eager, he has complete overview of the tech stack and has a rare ability to combine business requirements with technical restrictions and user experience.

During his time with us, Vlad's performance as an Engineering Manager was outstanding. He has a deep understanding of software development and tech in general and his background as a developer allowed him to successfully guide our engineers through complex software projects from planning to handover across multiple verticals.
