Are you looking for an expert Product or Project Manager? Want to skyrocket 🚀 and transform your business idea into a unicorn startup 🦄? Let me help you with that!

---

Hi everyone,
I'm a Technical Product / Project Manager with extensive IT solutions development expertise. Building outstanding startups is my real passion, so when I start working on the project I commit to 142%!

Acting as the Project and Product Manager my main objective is to build a solid bridge between business aims and technical resources. That is easy for me as having a purely technical background in the past (Bachelor of Computer Science) I’m always looking to the challenge from the wider business point of view in order to have a full picture and propose the most effective solution. An Executive MBA degree gives me a great boost in understanding the business backend of the companies which allows me to be open-minded in terms of IT solutions, not limiting myself to ordinary approaches.

Also, having experience running a software development company (40+ people) I have a pure entrepreneurial proactive mindset and leadership skills to gather and manage teams of various sizes (from micro startup teams to big multi-department ones).

Usually, depending on the project, I’m engaged with the following duties:
- Product Management, Product Discovery, MVP & Backlog design
- Market & Competitor Analysis, Product Analysis
- Development team preparation & delivery process setup
- Project Management, iterations planning, tasks distribution & delivery control
- Scrum process orchestration: Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, Sprint Plannings
- Business Analysis, UI prototyping, requirements specification, new features generation
- System Architecture

I’m always eager for new challenges, so let’s get in touch!
