I am building a consultation and product company with a focus on SME businesses. The tech stack consists of Tauri apps using Svelte front ends, SvelteKit for web, Deno, Python and Tensorflow for Api's, Raspberry Pi for IoT, and Postgres and Redis for database and queuing purposes. The consulting side builds bespoke apps to solve problems for small businesses, and the product side focusses in off the shelf apps in areas of AI (OCR, Image, Audio and Voice) and generic problems such as Inventory and IoT.

At Sky I was a web and workflow developer in a large department responsible for the customer account and authentication section of NowTV web. We implemented features, did bug fixes and resolved technical debt. As part of the role I rotated in and out as tech lead. We also had a rota for production support 24 hours 7 days. We didn't have QA's and tested our own work extensively using unit and automation testing.

I was building a SAAS cloud solution for data mining, scraping and web crawling. The architecture uses an Electron Forge front end, a NodeJs Api with various other Deno jobs built with TypesScript, Postgres and Redis for database and queuing purposes. The service will provide the end-user with the ability to create crawling or scraping jobs with a variety of features such as scheduling, web hooks and so on.
