When users get a quote from freelancers on Malt, they send it to their purchasing system via our integration connection. As purchasing teams approve a quote, a purchase order number is generated. Once a project is completed, Malt automatically creates an invoice with the corresponding purchase order number and sends it back to the user’s purchasing system to ensure parity.
