How AI Search Works
- Upload a job description or write up a prompt in the AI Search bar.
- AI Search’s algorithm extracts and interprets specific criteria like freelancer profile, project description, key skills, location to match the best freelancers to your project.
- Ta-dah! You’re presented with a shortlist of 6 top freelancers that you can contact or choose to refine your project criteria to get a set of different freelancers. Save time and let our algorithm contact more freelancers that match your criteria automatically – talk about an assistant that’s always one step ahead!
- Based on the criteria, our AI generates a detailed job description that entices freelancers with additional context and clear information about the project needs. A well written brief is essential in facilitating faster collaboration and accelerating hiring times.
AI Search drafts
Need to take an urgent phone call? No problem, you can go back to your search thanks to the new AI Search drafts that you can find in the Applications tab. You'll be brought back to the step that you were at before you left. If you've already made your selection of freelancers, they will appear in the shortlist at the top right corner.
