In the past acting as Senior Advisor for Procurement related topics for several Companies incl. Transformation of Indirect Purchasing Organizations with focus on people's competencies/capabilities to be embedded in the Transformation/Restructuring (incl. Change Management & Leadership-/Team Development).

Procurement related experience as a (Strategic) Management Consultant, specialized in Supply Management focusing on Transformations of Purchasing Organizations incl. M&A Activities, Business Development in the area of Supply Risk Management & Emerging Markets (Low Cost Countries), (e)Strategic Sourcing and Levers to enhance Saving Acceleration Programs, Sourcing Adoption, Supplier Management & Rationalization, and other Purchasing related concepts across different Industries (incl. Private Equity). Joined Ariba in May 2004 as Senior Engagement Manager acting as consultant to some of the world's largest and most advanced Purchasing Organizations expanding on a strong record of building deep business relationships with clients and its key stakeholders – including C-Level Executives - in the field of Enterprise Spend Management. In September 2005 moving ahead to lead the Emerging Markets Practice in Europe to drive clients sourcing strategies in Low Cost Countries. In May 2007 acting as Practice Lead for the Spend Management Services (SMS) Consulting Team in Central European Region. This comprises eight direct reports and responsibility for their utilization (incl. Sales target to generate business) and career progression. In November 2010 acquistion of Ariba Spend Management Services by Accenture BPO.
