I'm a Senior Data Analytics Consultant with a passion for solving complex business problems through data. Through my previous role at The Information Lab, I delivered high-impact projects across a wide range of industries for major clients such as PwC, Invesco, Merlin Entertainments, and IRIS Software Group.

My work spans the full BI lifecycle:

- Designing end-to-end data pipelines using SQL (Snowflake)

Designed and implemented end-to-end data pipelines using SQL on Snowflake to parse JSON data and push it to Tableau. Implemented automated data refreshes in Snowflake with scheduled SQL processes, ensuring up-to-date insights while reducing manual intervention by 20+ hours per month. Led and managed an eight-person team on a high-impact visualisation project for client Analytix Live, overseeing people management and tight deadlines to deliver multiple insightful dashboards. This project served as a proof of concept for a Tableau Server Row Level Security implementation. Developed gold-standard training materials for Alteryx and PBI that are now used across the company's global offices. Saved the international coaching team 40 hours per training group by developing standardised, reusable content. Served as Tableau Server Administrator for IRIS Software Group in a month-long engagement, maintaining dashboard functionality, user permissions, and data security. Delivered multiple long-term client engagements across numerous industries as a specialist to generate data preparation and visualisation solutions to meet unique client needs.

Identified and amended inaccurate reports by rewriting SQL queries and scheduling backups to ensure there was one source of truth. Designed Power BI visualisations to represent live Jira activity and performance across the Marketing Analytics department. Centralised visualisations into one package that is now being consumed by senior leadership. Leveraged PowerAutomate to develop data backups, allowing consistent reporting with minimal downtime and preventing the firm from losing key metrics. Adopted this practice for all other reporting assets.
