- Built Tapi's first people function, enabling them to maximise strong sales throughout the pandemic and provide scalable foundations for future growth. [This included building and embedding a new high performing team from scratch (eNPS 4.9/5), transforming their internal processes across the 'HR' spectrum (recruitment, ER, payroll etc...), establishing a suite of analytics and tech (e.g. HRIS implementation) to guide effective decision-making, streamlining & part-automating operations).
