I work at the intersection of regulatory compliance and technology implementation, building and configuring Workiva sustainability programmes from the ground up: providing data readiness advisory, mapping disclosures to ESG indices, and deploying CSRD modules. I am Delivery certified for Workiva's Sustainability solution and CSRD certification, and work closely with clients across the full CSRD and ESRS implementation cycle, including double materiality assessment methodology and ESRS gap assessments.
A significant part of my work is data readiness: helping clients understand what data they hold, where the gaps are, and how to structure collection and governance ahead of formal reporting requirements.
Before specialising in sustainability reporting, I spent several years in project and account management as well as working in-house, working on major FMCG accounts where I led an initiative that cut point-of-sale material waste and delivered over £100,000 in annual savings. That experience sharpened how I approach project delivery and client communication, and sustainability has been a thread running through my work since then.
