Most AI fintech ideas die on the way from prototype to production. The hardest part isn't the model. It's making it survive a bank's compliance, governance, and risk review without losing what made it valuable in the first place.

I help AI fintech founders ship multi-agent systems into regulated banks. Architecture choices, governance frameworks, pricing strategy, enterprise GTM, and the boring-but-fatal details (FX fallbacks, data lineage, human-in-the-loop validation, audit-ready prompt engineering) that turn a demo into something a tier-1 bank will actually sign for.

Current role. I'm Chief Product Officer at Fennech Financial in London, where I lead an AI-powered treasury intelligence platform serving enterprise and mid-market clients across Europe and West Africa. We ship multi-agent AI with hub-and-spoke orchestration, governance documentation, and human-in-the-loop workflows, in production, in front of tier-1 bank buyers. I built the 10-phase product methodology we use across strategy, AI prompt engineering, compliance-aware design (FCA/MiFID II, DORA/AI Act, IFRS), and bank-grade UX.
